One of the properties was listed by Jim Fulgenzi with Jamie Williams as the listing agent. Jamie was very patient with us, as what we originally thought we wanted in a home, was not what we decided we wanted, after seeing several properties. We knew we wanted her to be our realtor.I felt that Jamie had an excellent overview of properties in the Springfield area. She was knowledgeable about each one we viewed, and if we had questions she couldn't answer, she followed up with the answers the next day. When we settled on a property to purchase, she was also helpful in suggesting various contractors who might be helpful to us. Since that time (almost two years ago), she has stayed in touch. Great experience and great lady!

Jamie was very knowledgeable of the area and what buyers were looking for. In my opinion, she was very honest with me about repairs that needed to be completed before listing and quickly found very reasonably priced professionals to compete them. She was always available to answer any and all questions that I had. She answered some before I even had a chance to ask them. Our house was sold within 24 hours of listing and we received an offer just slightly below what we were asking. I couldnt have found anyone nicer, more professional, or at the top of their field than Jamie. I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!
