She helped us find the right house even when we were not in the San Jose Area. She drove around the city to ensure we got to see the houses we were interested in. After she would give us virtual tours of the houses we liked, she would drive around the neighborhood, to make sure it was up to our standards. Jamie was incredibly knowledgeable about each zip code and was ALWAYS available to answer any (our many) questions. We had an issue with our lender and she set us up with a lender that made our process seamless. Aside from caring for her customers like family, Jamie knows every detail about the business. She always had our best interest in mind and we couldnt have asked for a better experience!

ZillowVERIFIEDJamie is a fantastic realtor, and we could not have been luckier than to have her professional assistance in purchasing our first home in Santa Clara. I use a wheelchair, so our dream home had quite a few extra parameters, and we had a narrow geographical range (about 1 mile diameter). Jamie was very patient with us and really worked with us to get a sense of what we were looking for, even as we bounced back and forth between fixers and turn-key homes. We also never felt pushed by her to choose one way or another on a home, which was important to us, as we were trying to stick to our self-imposed budget - she gave us our opinion on value but never tried to sway us either way on an offer. In the end, she helped us close on the home of our dreams, even after we were initially out-bid. After offers, she also helped us find contractors for termite work that needed to be done on the house and had recommendations for other tradespeople. Her local knowledge and expertise is invaluable, especially for new homebuyers. We felt secure knowing Jamie was looking out for risks and opportunities, and guiding us each step of the way. When looking for a realtor, we initially considered looking at lower-cost agencies, but can't say how glad we are we went with Jamie - we would choose her again in a heartbeat to buy or sell a home.
