I recently sold my second home with Jamie and his team at Bespoke reality in the last 3 years. Once again, Jamie and his team were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire selling process and once again Jamie helped me sell for significantly over asking (30k this time around). The Bespoke team has excellent knowledge of the Madison area and Jamie was right on point with all of his guidance around setting a fair and attractive asking price that ultimately led to a great result. For this move, I also left the Midwest completely and was not there for my closing. Andres was outstanding to work with in the search of our new home! I think the number one thing that jumped out to us was his Responsiveness. We had a full schedule of viewing homes and Andres was also available for us. He would reach out with recommendations but he never forced anything on us and he listened to and appreciated our feedback. He was extremely professional and communicated everything with us from viewing properties to making an offer. One other thing that was very refreshing in dealing with him was he didn't pretend to have all the answers. Andres was very knowledgeable but as a newer agent, he was never afraid to bring Jamie in to help explain things he was learning. That showed us Andres wanted to make sure we had everything we needed! Thanks to Andres and his responsiveness, tenacity, and strong communication, we found our dream home!
