Jamie helped us sell our house with a lot of competition on the market in our area. She has a great knowledge about the market and priced our house correctly for a sale under the average market days. She helped us stage our house, made sure the pictures were awesome and got the word out there. She also went out of her way to help the buyers agent, who didnt work locally, and showed the house to them, helped them complete paper work and answered any questions they had directly. She showed me a lot of properties and listened to what I was looking for. One we found one that I liked she got me a great deal (better than I thought I would ever get). She helped me get all the things together that needed to happen for me to get the house, which is a complicated deal without someone showing you where to go and making recommendations. At closing everything was ready to go and I felt confident that Jamie had taken care of everything. Jamie really worked hard to make it a smooth process with as little stress as possible.
