Jamie Pearson is a past Studio City Branch Manager from 2000-2010, In 2008, Jamie returned to sales, immediately becoming the Top Sales Agent in his office for both 2008 and 2009. As a team we continued to be acknowledged for our outstanding accomplishments in real estate, in 2018, 2019, and now in 2020, finished in the top 1% of all Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide and are currently among the top 50 agents in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara counties, and a member of Berkshire Hathaway's elite Chairman's Circle Platinum. Shawn Cusack Graduated from San Diego State University's school of business. After collage, he worked in the entertainment industry and then for a large real estate startup prior to forming this real estate team. We are very experienced in the greater Los Angeles area and Ventura County areas. We do much of our business in Studio City, specifically the Beeman Park and Silver Triangle neighborhoods, and Sherman Oaks Library Square and Fashion Square Neighborhoods. However, our marketing, analytics, and experience enable us to be successful in many different locations. Our knowledge of the local lifestyle amenities and local food, entertainment, raising children and getting the best out of what our neighborhoods have to offer adds a dimension to our service that is more than just selling or buying a property. Shawn Cusack helped us purchase our home in 2019, and we were blown away by how knowledgeable and friendly Shawn and his colleague Jamie were. Jamie and Shawn sold our townhouse within 2 weeks they listed it. Keep in mind, this was during the heavy rains we had in March AND during a global pandemic. I never thought wed have 6 offers over asking price. Their marketing skills were also very impressive! We had zero stress during the sale; they took care of everything so we didnt have to worry about a thing and escrow was a breeze. I would highly recommend this team if youre trying to sell or buy a home!
