I cannot express how impressed I am with Ms. Jamie Moss. Within less than a week of taking on the task of selling a home that I have had with another agent for over a year, she has staged the home masterfully, taken and posted on multiple platforms beautiful photographs and an amazing video, walked at least 4 clients through the property garnering two offers (one of which looks like it will result in the sale of the home). I cannot convey the level of impressed I am with this woman's abilities, knowledge and drive.If you are looking to buy or sell land or a home, you would be wise to attach yourself to this agent. An aunt of a friend referred me to Jamie, and my frustrations ended. She knew of a house that was about to go on the market, and she told me it would be cheaper than renting, and if I did not like it, I would be able to lease it out to tenants for more than the mortgage payment and live elsewhere. Offering to move the deal forward before even meeting me in person, she expedited the sale process so I would have a place to live when I arrived a few weeks later. She lined up an inspector, loan agent, handyman, exterminator etc., all of whom were swift and competent. She told me what I needed to do each step of the way. Jamie also asked the previous owners of my house if I could stay there until closing, and when they refused, she offered to help me find a rental place for the two weeks before closing. She further advised me on random things like where to dine and shop and how to make friends in the area. Throughout the process, she was cheerful and enthusiastic. Thanks to Jamie, I am now the proud owner of a sturdy house in a good neighborhood close to where I work!
