Real estate agent Jamie Maze has asked that we review our experience using her group to purchase our home in February 2021 outside of Columbus, and we are delighted to do so. We have had lots of experience using real estate agencies in SW Florida where we live, as we've bought and sold many properties there in the past dozen years. When we decided to buy a summer home in Ohio near our children, we looked online and left messages for agents that had closed properties in the highly sought area we had targeted. Jamie returned our call almost immediately, and we told her of our Ohio housing hopes. That was the unfailing pattern of our communication during the entire buying adventure, as we waited for a property to come on the market, about six months from initial contact with Jamie until closing. The process was competitive and daunting. The house came on the market on a Friday morning. Offers had to be made by noon on the following Sunday. The winning offer would be chosen Sunday at 5 pm. Jamie got us an appointment Saturday at 11 am, so our children could view the property. They were allowed 30 minutes inside. We were along by Zoom, as we were in Florida. We sought and took Jamie's advice based on local market conditions for our offer and conditions of sale. At least 10 offers were made. Ours was the winning offer, thanks to Jamie. We love our new summer home. Jamie is the #1 tried and true Ohio real estate agent for our family.
