ZillowVERIFIEDJamie is by far the best realtor I have ever had. She makes it easy, simple, fast, also will make sure your not getting the run around. She is very honest and has very good pointers. For example we fell in love with a brand new build she told me I need to get a inspection on the house. She said even though that its a new build does it mean it doesnt need an inspection. So we got the inspection the inspection come back horrible. There was two 90A? turns in the septic the AC would not cool down below 70A? and there were Cracks in the brick on the outside of the house. I highly recommend Jamie Lynn to be your realtor
