Ashley joined her mom in Real Estate in 2017, after graduating from The Art Institute of California San Diego with a degree in Graphic Design. They love every aspect of real estate, going above and beyond to help clients. They truly enjoy helping past clients, but love meeting new clients as well. This is the second time We have had the pleasure of utilizing Jamie for a home purchase and the first for a home sale. Jamie is very well organized and extremely knowledgeable on the market and market conditions as well as San Diego property locations and has been so very patient and calming throughout our process of finally closing on our dream home. When my husband and I purchased our first home a few years ago, it was a buyers market. We were lucky to find the perfect starter home from out-of-state and have our first offer accepted. After three years of living in our beautiful starter home, we were ready to move into a home with more space. We met with several agents, but ultimately went with Jamie and Ashley for their down-to earth personalities, experience, and patience. Jamie immediately got our home one the market and worked with us to negotiate a deal we were happy with. When it came to finding our home, however, the process wasnt as simple. The market was booming and there werent enough homes that fit our criteria. When one would come on the market, we were up against multiple offers. There were times we grew discouraged and thought about calling it quits, but Jamie assured us the perfect home would come along. We declined counter offers that we didnt think were fair and backed out of escrow twice because the seller was either not willing to offer credit for repairs or we had a change of heart. Most agents would have given up on us, but Jamie was confident one would come along. She was persistent, patient and calm about the entire process. After months of searching for our unicorn home (in the perfect neighborhood) one came on the market and Jamie worked with us to present a clean offer that would end up getting accepted. Thank you, Jamie and Ashely for not giving up on us! We look forward to working with you again in the future and recommending you to friends and family.

Overall great experience through the whole process. Being in a rural area she understood the area and requirements needed for the sale of my home. Jamie's reponses where quick and working as a team with her Daughter Ashley allowed for seamless communication throughout the process. House showings was well communicated and she worked with our schedule.
