Jaime is very thorough and knowledgeable about the sales process in Montgomery County, Maryland. She provided good advice on the preparation of our Bethesda condo prior to putting it on the market. She then helped us review multiple offers and select the one that best met our needs. Jaime also provided excellent information on the time line from acceptance of the offer until closing as well as advice on things to do post closing regarding transfer of the deed, cancellation of insurance and return of any escrow.
