When Jami arrived she had a pamphlet with my property and surrounding area to help come up with a price for what our house is worth. She had a packet about her team as well. Then during the walkthrough she took careful notes on all the upgrades to ensure everything was listed and considered for our sale price. Now her team was outstanding as well. In 2016 we lucked out by finding Jami Winchester through an online search.
