In addition, there are abundant educational opportunities available, including public and private schools as well as Shepherd University. Aside from my real estate career, I also contribute to the community through my part-time role as a substitute teacher at Berkeley County Schools. I find tremendous joy in providing instructional support and cultivating an enjoyable learning environment for students. Moreover, I have served as the Head Varsity Basketball Coach at Hedgesville Middle School for the past 2 years. Coaching has provided me with an invaluable opportunity to mentor young individuals on the importance of being a good person, making wise decisions, and preparing for future employment. Through coaching, players not only enhance their skills and knowledge of the game but also forge lifelong memories and foster meaningful friendships. During the fall season, you can find me at Shepherd University's home football games, serving "The Mountain State's freshest drink," Zul's frozen lemonade every Saturday. Additionally, I enjoy spending my spare time hiking and exploring the outdoors with my two rescue dogs, Freddy and Zeke. When I am not traveling to Washington, D.C. to catch NBA games, I also find entertainment in watching athletics, particularly baseball (Go Yankees!) and even tennis (I am always eager to watch awaiting a heated exhibition). If sports are not on, I can always rely on a good action or comedy movie to keep me entertained.
