She is very knowledgeable about Chicagoland communities, has an eye for spotting problems, and genuinely cares about her clients & their pending investment. We made an offer on a house she had concerns about. She insisted the inspector go onto the crawlspace rather than hang his head in & shine a flashlight around, & she steered him to the space under her area she of concern. He discovered severely compromised floor joists under the 2 bathrooms located in the center of the house and she averted us from pending disaster.
