James is a nice guy, but needed a lot of managing (from us) to get our villa properly marketed and sold as well as buy land for our new build. There were several mistakes made in both transactions that could have been avoided, and I spent a lot of hours sending reminders, running around town making copies of documents, calling government agencies, etc just to ensure we were getting everything done that is required before showing up for closing.
