It wasn't until October of 2024 that we found the house that we were looking for, we called James up on a Friday at 10 am, he set up a showing for 2 pm that same day, we put the offer in on Saturday, and got accepted on Sunday. James is always very responsive, well prepared for showings with comps, and provides great advice on how to make an offer stand out. He never hesitated to reach out to other selling agents to get more information about the place and knew what questions to ask to get the inside scoop! James's help didn't end with getting the offer accepted, he helped us with setting up utilities and recommending some fantastic contractors for the new house.
