My wife and I started the home search process with James in the Spring of 2023, after looking through many houses that James quickly set up showings we decided that it wasn't the right time. James never pushed us and wanted what was truly best for us. It wasn't until October of 2024 that we found the house that we were looking for, we called James up on a Friday at 10 am, he set up a showing for 2 pm that same day, we put the offer in on Saturday, and got accepted on Sunday.
