You want to win get with Jim. I was referred to Jim from a mortgage company when I was shopping around for a pre approval. I was told that Jim doesn't sell a house without looking at it himself and that he was business-oriented. He doesn't do contracts or cold calls. Jim was always upfront and honest with us. Even when my wife and I had our doubts and took a couple months off from looking. Jim was encouraging and gave us our space. He understands the market and when your ready to make an offer he does his homework on the comps and was spot on. He always made time to show us a couple houses each week and is responsive to our emails. Always professional, has good attention to detail, and will let you know the pros & cons of each house your interested. I will just say listen to Jim when it comes to making an competitive offer when we listened to Jim we won. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Jim! He was able to provide great, timely info about homes I was interested in and was able to schedule showings quickly & efficiently. While I know he had other clients at the same time, I always felt like a priority. He was truly invested in finding me & my children the right home, not just a house. He was able to provide objective information about each property & help me see the pros & cons of each house. When a sale fell through on the sellers end, he was apologetic & doubled down of finding me an even better place & location. He was clear about what each step of the process would be.
