You want to win get with Jim. I was referred to Jim from a mortgage company when I was shopping around for a pre approval. I was told that Jim doesn't sell a house without looking at it himself and that he was business-oriented. He doesn't do contracts or cold calls. Jim was always upfront and honest with us. Even when my wife and I had our doubts and took a couple months off from looking. Jim was encouraging and gave us our space. He understands the market and when your ready to make an offer he does his homework on the comps and was spot on. He always made time to show us a couple houses each week and is responsive to our emails. Always professional, has good attention to detail, and will let you know the pros & cons of each house your interested. Jim is the BEST realtor and very nice person! During the first showing he thoroughly educated us on all the pros and cons of buying a house, things we need to look out for in our search, and common problems house buyers run into. He showed us many houses and he never tried to just sell a house to us without making sure to find a best house for us. There were a few houses I sent to him that he responded with "Were not going to see that, this house may need significant repair work that will cost money... like the furnace is old, roof needs to be fixed, windows are old, foundation doesn't look good etc.". He goes into every house like an inspector and tells you everything about the house upfront, something we have never experienced with a realtor. He also knew the cost for every repair to expect, and the timeline for when things should be repaired. He is very knowledgeable about the process, responsive, and great negotiator. His service was not limited to helping us get the house, he also recommended people who can perform services for us.I'll highly recommend and be working in future as needed!
