We had a such great experience with Roni purchasing a home that we also decided to list our existing home with him. Roni is very responsive; while buying by getting a showing quickly and when selling, getting an open house set up the first weekend it was listed. He answers emails and texts promptly, including getting payment information verified on a Saturday when title company was closed. Hes proven knowledgable about both the purchasing and selling sides. Ryan was amazing from start to finish. We were nervous buying a home 1/2 way across the country, but Ryan made sure everything was seemless.
