Its been a while since we sold a home. We were so impressed with the level of communication we received from James. We expected certain things, but his level of service went to a new level of excellence. He was prompt on getting our home ready to list, pictures, etc. then he has a contact management system that kept us posted via text on every showing. He listed the property on a Thursday and held an open house the first weekend and we received three offers which he helped us navigate through. We would definitely recommend James and his team.
