I met James through a friend over 5 years ago as he helped me rent a property here in Vegas as I needed to relocate for work. James always checked in on us and even dropped off random treats around the holidays when weren't even home during our time while we were renting. He even helped with issues with our property management and had our back at all times. It got to the point that we were so fed up with our property management that we finally decided to move out even though we had low rent and temporarily stayed with family with our things in storage at the end of January of this year. After a couple months, my fiancA(C)e and I decided to look at houses to buy so consequently we of course asked James to help us on our home shopping journey and boy, it was definitely a journey and we all learned a lot. Long story short, we made offers on 5 different homes and finally found what we were looking for on our 6th and final offer. The other 5 offers included solar leases, being outbid, construction defect claims, etc. We almost closed on our 5th, but determined we weren't truly in love with that home so we canceled while we were in due diligence as it was the one with construction defect claims. With all the arguments and stress of home buying, my fiancA(C)e and I decided to take a break from looking at homes the day we canceled until after our wedding. However, with a hard head I didn't stop looking and I found a newly listed home that caught my eye. I contacted James and my fiancA(C)e and we saw it that same day it was listed and the same day we just canceled our previous offer. We made an offer that night and it was accepted the following day. We finally closed on June 25th. We can't thank James for helping us with this process and being with us every step of the way. We're still moving in and finding things that need some attention or have questions about and James is still with us and answering questions as needed or reaching out to appropriate parties. He hasn't stopped being responsive just because he got the sale. Julie and I thank you again for everything, James! And of course, we highly recommend James for your home buying/selling transaction.
