Smooth process throughout all the way to closing.Used him Six (6) months earlier as my Broker to search for a beachfront property in same area. He successfully navigated us through as desired purchase. I elected not to execute that purchase at the end of my Due Diligence period under contract. That transaction would have closed but for the risk of a pending Condo Association significant Special Assessment relating to Beach Replacement and Stabilization under review. The Association was unable to provide enough comfort to lessen my view of the risk nor was the Seller willing to share that high risk. As my Broker, his guidance in that period was very professional and skilled. I chose not to proceed.
