1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First thing to do is to speak with a Lender to get your prequalification letter which involves having your credit ran and determining your ability to purchase and pay back the loan. If you don't know a great lender, then you should call me for references who can handle you specific type of purchase.Most buyers think they should only speak with one lender....which is not correct. I recommend you speak with at least 2-3 lenders to make sure you are getting the best interest rate and the best loan acquisition costs.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Call me first before you make your plans for improvements. I can help you with money making suggestions to prepare your home for it's best presentation to the public. With over 19 years experience, I know what it takes to sell your home. Don't waste money on improvements that you may not make your money back. There is absolutely no obligation on your part to speak with me.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with first time home buyers many times, seniors selling to move in with family, moving to a smaller residence, re-location buyers, estate sales with heirs, individuals upside down on their loans, from very small price to $1m dollar homes. We assist several Sellers who need to move to another home locally. We work to make sure the transaction works as smoothly as possible. This type of transaction can be tricky, but we know how to make it work.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently worked with a widow who had build her home with her husband, and he had recently passed. I was able to smoothly transact a new home purchase in a 55+ community and then sell her home to another lovely couple moving to the area. All worked very well and it was a true pleasure to work with both families and see the different emotions during the transition.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After 21 years of being in the corporate world, I needed a change. I sought a Real Estate Career where i could help many people-which in all the years, i have been able to assist 1000's of families and individuals obtain their lifelong dreams and goals.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Over my career, I have attended many classes, received many certifications, and awards. With Keller Williams Realty, I use the latest and best technology to attract buyers from all over the world!
My ongoing training and reading of books allows me to stay on top of the latest trends and services I can provide to my customers.
