As first time home buyers we went through a period of time feeling unsure on the location of where we wanted to live and the right price point for our budget. Ultimately, we decided to stop searching. After a few weeks we decided to put in a request on realtor.com to view a town home. Well lucky for us everything was about to change! Our first time meeting James we knew we just found a gem in the real estate market. He helped us navigate our home search and picked out things that we didnt even think of or notice. Since we were looking at new builds he played a huge role in assisting us by asking questions to the builder that we wouldnt of even known to ask. (Ex: Position of the front of the house, near by train station and type of train, etc) James showed us a variety of different homes and helped us weigh out the pros and cons of our narrowed down choices. When we landed on the new build that we wantedaEUR| James was beyond helpful in helping us negotiate with the builder on design changes that were pre-selected in the spec home. The builder had selected 2 different paint colors for the upper and lower cabinets and selected black countertops. We really wanted this home, but that was going to really make us second guess our decision. After multiple times of being told noaEUR| James would not take no for an answer and we were able change the countertops and paint color of the cabinets. Since signing the contract and the start of the building processaEUR| James has continued to stay closely involved, check-in, and even offered to provide his trailer to help us move. There is no doubt that we will continue to use James for our real estate needs and will be the first name out of our mouth if anyone ever asks for a referral. I would highly recommend choosing James for any of your real estate needs!

James represented us as both listing agent and buying agent. He was always reachable and had a great attitude, no matter how miniscule the need. He went as far as finding us a stove to put into the home we were buying when it was needed for the loan to close. I have been extremely impressed with his knowledge of how to work through the market. He took care of all the hard stuff and acted as a great buffer when things got a little hairy.
