As first time home buyers Sal made the experience great for us. He took the time to explain anything we had questions about. Sal is a family man but always made himself available to work with our schedule. He was willing to out to the property when the listing agent wasn't to tie up loose ends with the appraisal. Sal was patient and showed us different houses in our range which allowed us to narrow down what we really wanted. I would recommend him to others.

I would like to start this review with, I don't write bad reviews. This agent deserves a more poor review. Agents are supposed to represent the seller in negotiations. James Ray fell on his face and communicated NOTHING. Offers were written to the seller that I doubt she ever saw. We "worked" with him for a month. No communication from him except me begging him for feedback and responses. We NEVER received anything from James in writing. He told us of counteroffers-but in texts and verbally. When the WRITTEN counteroffer was made-NO RESPONSE ever occurred. This man and his agency will be reported for breaking the trust placed in him to present all offers to the seller. The really stupid thing about this whole situation is that because of his poor conduct, the seller could have received a stronger offer from me on this house and more money in the buyers pocket. James is an embarrassment to good real estate agents who unite buyers and sellers. I am not sure what James' game is, but it is not legitimately working in an honest and aboveboard fashion. AVOID this agency! Save yourself a month of wasted time, energy & frustration.

Real Estate Agents need to disclose the commission they are making upfront before a contract is wrote up. The Department of Justice just want to know that the buyer and seller both negotiated the commission before entering into a purchase contract. Example Buyer Agent would have to sign a buyer agency contract explaining the commission and duties they are going to perform for the buyer and then find the buyer a home. Before most buyers agents took the commission the seller would offer.
I believe if you work with the person that is most passionate person that enjoys there job and looks for the buyers that are likely to purchase your home and has more then 4,000 sales in there career they will know the strategies to get you top dollar for your home.
