Develop a Plan, work with Vylla Home & myself as your Realtor, to implement optimal strategies & to activate an agreed upon Plan to achieve your Goal(s).
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Have a home inspection & from the results, conduct the necessary repairs, declutter, organize, clean & prepare the Home to present to prospective buyers as "move-in ready" condition. Price the Home properly to the current Market. Maximize access, exposure & marketing of the Home. And above all else, confidently contract with Vylla Home & myself as your trusted real estate agent.

Every transaction where the Client(s) have successfully achieved their Goal(s) & also had a pleasurable experience as they moved through the real estate process.

A mid-life restructuring in which I confidently changed careers and pursued a new passion as a Realtor.
