Let me tell you that my experience for finding the right home has been difficult, to say the least. In speaking with James, I could immediately tell he knew the general area, not merely a few specific areas of East Tennessee. James took the time to research the properties he found for me and even knew more about some of the property features than the listing realtors. Some of the details were not something a person might normally ask, but I did, and he already knew some of the answers because he had an idea about the property based on its location and existing features. I found that very impressive. He took the time to speak with me and follow up without being pushy. Can I tell you how much I appreciate someone who didn't drop the ball, but also didn't repeat stock phrases like "This one is gonna sell quickly." or "There's a bunch of traffic on this property." I imagine there would be with some of the properties he found for me, but thanks for not creating more pressure where I already felt an abundance to find a home!
