A big thing for me was his availability, he always made time for viewings and always answered my emails and calls when I had questions. He really cares that you find the place that you're comfortable with and doesn't pressure you into buying just so he can move on to the next client. I had some unusual circumstances where I wasn't around during closing and he made sure everything was taken care of while I was away. I will undoubtedly be contacting James if/when the day comes to sell my home.
