James Nellis

I cannot say enough good things about James Nellis and the Nellis group in Fairfax, VA. We had a rental property that was destroyed by the last tenants and it took a great deal of work to bring it up to be a marketable house. This group provided us with a great agent and a good deal of handholding as we walked through the process. With their expert advice, we brought this home not only up to a marketable condition, but we got top dollar for the property. We then referred not 1 but 2 close friends to this group for selling their homes and purchasing others. Two more families were very happy with the Nellis group. Again, this office handheld these two new clients through the process. I wish everyone would listen to me when I want to refer others to this group.
