Weve had the pleasure of having James as our Realtor through our house search. We were very particular about the type of property we wanted to purchase: open space, park-like setting, fresh air, and privacy. He was so patient with us and never tried to push houses on us that didnt fit our criteria. He stuck with us for 9 months as we searched for our dream home. James never loss a beat in answering our emails, calls, and texts. Weve toured several houses and James was always accommodating to our time frame. When we finally found the house we wanted, we texted James and he immediately called to setup a showing. James is a straight shooter, he tells you the bold face truth about the condition of the house and the potential issues that may bite you later down the road. When he is showing the home, he makes it a priority to locate and inspect the mechanics of the home, electrical box, utility rooms, etc. He is very knowledgeable about houses and can identify potential issues that may cost you in the long run. Throughout the entire process, we felt no pressure and were very confident in his knowledge and guidance. James even stuck with us through the entire closing process. He identified discrepancies on the closing documents and contacted the appropriate party to resolve it. He really kept the process moving smoothly. I am glad to say that we have found the house of our dreams and James has definitely made our dream a reality.

I have work with several Realtors and Brokers over the years in purchasing a home. Mr. James Myers and his wife Colleen has proven to the "Best of the Best".
