My husband and I just purchased our first home with James being our buyers agent. We were so glad that we found him!! He has been so helpful to us throughout the whole process, from arranging tours all the way to signing the closing documents. James carefully listened to what we wanted (or what we thought we wanted lol), made great suggestions but at the same time kept our wishes and situations in mind first. I had an amazing experience during my home buying experience with James. He was very helpful in identifying numerous houses for us to evaluate based on the criteria my wife and I provided and took the time to visit them with us despite only giving him one week of notice. He provided a very comprehensive booklet containing a summary for each property that was helpful when visiting the houses. James was available day and night to answer our questions and was very involved throughout the entire buying process.
