James Kousoulos is the real deal. All the 5 star reviews are on point! (We also checked out a few references privately, and they all had great things to say about him). We hired him to manage our single family home in Arlington, and it wouldnt have gone better so far. Being accidental landlords (we were moving, and didnt want to sell) we had a LOT of questions - Jimmy and his associate Kateryna were extremely patient, professional and transparent in their communications. He makes the time to talk to you in detail, no hurry, no pressure - just measured details and answers. Most of my communications with him now are via email - short, to the point and efficient - really the best you can ask when you have other things in life to attend to. From talking to him and our interactions so far, I get the sense that hes an all around great guy to talk to if you have any Real Estate needs - buying/selling/renting/property manager. If you are looking and comparing - call him, and call him last - youll see the difference. Update: We sold our home with Jimmy. He was awesome in handling the whole process right from helping us get the property ready (He has great contacts who do quality work at a good price!) to pricing, listing and closing - all remote! Again, his excellent communication, local knowledge and experience helped significantly.
