James was very helpful in helping us buy our first house. He showed us tons of houses (even some we weren't 100% interested in). It was definitely a sellers market but he talked us through putting in different kinds of offers and helped in negotiations.

James was able to sell the house and have a closing scheduled within 90 days of the listing.
