James, a Southern California native, is also a well-seasoned Architect and an award-winning real estate broker and Founder of Costera Luxury Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage providing top-notch professional real estate services to the sales and marketing of residential properties throughout Southern California. James graduated from Woodbury University and holds a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) professional 5-year degree. James also has an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) post-graduate degree from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine (UCI).
