But, I have been successful in real estate because my goal is to make my client happy first. That simple practice is what helps all of us ultimately win in the end. Success is built on honesty, integrity, hard work and knowledge of the industry. That, and surrounding yourself with the right people. Just recently, I started out on a mission to find other agents with the same mindset, ethics (work and otherwise) and abilities to build what will become a growing team of extremely high quality and knowledgeable agents. There are just too many folks in this business who don't put their clients first or just don't understand the industry as a whole. This team of professionals are fun loving folks who are exceptional at what they do and how they work. To be part of The James Hoff Group, agents no only have to show an understanding of the industry with positive practices but they have to be able to add a sense of humanity to all that they do. As for me, I've lived in South Orange County for over 23 years ... did most of my growing up around here. I have a wife and three kids ... 6, 3 and 1 (zone defense ... I know). We love it here! Professionally, I'm in my sixth year of selling houses and enjoy what I do. I come from a corporate sales background and have worked for some wonderful companies including Callaway Golf, New Balance and DHL. Real estate is my passion ... which is why I left the corporate world and I don't regret a second of it. I love what I do, I take it seriously but I have fun doing it. With an understanding of the business I can protect your best interests and help you achieve your goals and with a sense of humor ... we can enjoy the ride!
