James Hauge

James Hauge, President and Owner of Legacy Real Estate, is an accomplished and established Real Estate Broker in the state of Oregon, serving the Mid-Willamette Valley and surrounding cities. He has led a successful real estate career spanning over 15 years, specializing in residential sales, commercial leasing and sales, development, land sales and property management. Hauge obtained his Broker's license in 2001 and his Principal Broker's license in 2011. In 2010, Hauge purchased Legacy Real Estate and has worked hard to maintain a reputation of excellence through serving his clients, his team and his community. He has worked diligently and strategically to build a solid team with decades of combined experience in marketing, property management, software development and accounting. The number of talented professionals at Legacy Real Estate continues to grow and now currently includes over 25 dedicated & experienced residential and commercial Real Estate Brokers. Hauge has established himself as a leader in the real estate Industry, and continues to build Legacy Real Estate's reputation on important fundamentals, including but not limited to; honesty, integrity and experience. Hauge is a member of the Salem and Keizer Chamber of Commerce, Strategic Economic Development Corporation (SEDCOR), Home Builders Association (HBA), Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors (PMAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Central Oregon Association of Realtors (COAR). Hauge takes great pride in his community, as well as his involvement in it. Another passion of his is music. Hauge is a co-founder of the Divine Foundation, which is a non-profit working to build professional recording facilities for high school students. James Hauge has lived in the Salem-Keizer area the majority of his life. Hauge comes from a family with a long history in Real Estate, going back several decades.
