I went to high school with James so when we were looking to buy a house he was the first person I went to. He showed us one house and told us no, he wouldnt let us. He sent me the house we just bought before it hit Zillow, we went to look at it the very next day, put an offer in on it (which he told us what we should offer), and the offer got accepted! Through the process he has always made himself available even though he is so so busy and he made sure to keep us happy. He answered every little question we had and the one question he didnt know the answer to, he made sure to ask and get us the correct answer. He made the process painless and we are forever grateful to him. I will go with James for everything we do house wise. Thank you 1000x, we appreciate everything.

He called us within 15 minutes of requesting more info on a Zillow home, within an hour had video-toured the street AND the house for us, spent about an hour on the phone with us, answered a lot of questions, calmed a few fears, and had our home on deposit the next day.
