Theres many things I could say about James, the first thing that comes to mind is his honesty. I went to high school with James so when we were looking to buy a house he was the first person I went to. He showed us one house and told us no, he wouldnt let us. He sent me the house we just bought before it hit Zillow, we went to look at it the very next day, put an offer in on it (which he told us what we should offer), and the offer got accepted! Through the process he has always made himself available even though he is so so busy and he made sure to keep us happy. He answered every little question we had and the one question he didnt know the answer to, he made sure to ask and get us the correct answer.
