We recently were blessed to help a past client sell their mothers home as she was placed into assisted living. The clients were very emotional due to their mothers deteriorating health and as a result we made sure to cover every detail to help ensure a smooth transaction. We truly facilitated or aided with everything from the estate sale of their mothers property to the sale of the home and even the placement of their mother into a assisted living facility. We were blessed to visit with the clients one week after the deal and to see our client cry uncontrollably at how grateful she was for what we did to help her reminded us of how important our job is to the clients we serve. It was a truly humbling moment that we will remember for a long time to come.

Our family started in real estate 25+ years ago as investors buying and selling everything regular residential real estate to luxury homes. Over years, we've been blessed to own alot of real estate while at the same time helping serve hundreds of clients buy and sell their homes in both a traditional sense and from an investment perspective.

In an effort to help my clients stand out, more than a decade ago I studied the art of multi-media. I first became a professional real estate photographer and videographer taking a variety of courses and studying under master photographer and videographers in the real estate industry. I then received extensive training and certification in the realm of web and graphic design. Again, I studied under industry professionals who help me to learn the arts in a way that was practical for real estate use. As it pertains to real estate, over the years I've taken extensive training in contract negotiations, contract writing, luxury home sales, investment sales, and commercial real estate. My education over the past 20 years has been on of the things that has aided me the most when serving my clients.
