He was clear and honest in his assessment of the house and what we needed to do to sell it and walked us through the process and how it would all work. His knowledge of the real estate market in the surrounding area was extremely helpful in guiding us in what to expect in the process. ZillowVERIFIEDJim Briggs has worked with my wife and I for over 20 years. He has had multiple dealings with my wife who rehabs homes in the area. They must have completed ten or more deals together in that time period. Jim has also worked with other family members who have sought to live in the New Hope, Solebury, Buckingham and Doylestown area. Jim is the consummate professional who gets you to the "table" on deals. As a businessman who doesn't have time to waste I find Jim will only work with serious people who ultimately wish to conclude a deal. In one of the last sales he participated in my wife sold a restored house in one showing. We don't use anyone else so I think that tells the whole story.
