Laura worked with us to sell our townhouse that had been a rental. She made suggestions on things we could do to increase our selling price and provided names of vendors that could do the work. I HIGHLY recommend Jarid. He is very competent in the work that he does. He goes above and beyond just trying to get you to buy a house. He knows what red flags to look for that could cause problems in the future. We looked at one home and his keen eye saw that there was a crack in the foundation where the load bearing beams were (it was NOT readily visible). He?s very professional and personable.
