I would suggest James for any house needs (buying or selling). He is very friendly and a huge part of the community which helps with getting what you need done. He is always quick to take care of whats needed and is on the ball, if something happens and its important you are going to hear from him first. House buying is a stressful process and he does all he can to take the weight off of you. Its hard to find someone that has passion past the paycheck it seems, but James is willing to put in 110% just for customer satisfaction. Thankful he was with me every step of the way
