I've gained many long term friendships working in real estate. Prior to real estate, I had many year's experience in the nursing field. The two most important things that I've learned and continue to learn about as my career has evolved and grown from this point forward is: you never stop learning. Always find something new to keep your mind fresh and you can always be closer to where you are.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I always tell my clients to trust the process. Buying a home may be one of the biggest and most important transaction a person will make. Some clients may get frustrated along the way, but as long as they trust the process and trust me I will always make the process smooth selling with no worries.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The advice I will give a seller is that when listing a property a open house will attract more buyers and may also get your house under contract faster. I also tell them to trust me through this whole process and getting them the best price for their home

I have worked with Sellers, Buyers, Investors, Renters
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my most recent transactions was one of my clients who I helped and walked through the steps for the first time homebuyers counseling. She got approved for 2 first time homebuyers grants and came to settlement with 0 dollars and received money back. I was so happy for her.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate almost 3 years ago. It was something I always wanted to do but didn’t know how to go about doing it. One day I saw someone post something about a real estate school and I signed up. From that point on my career changed and I love love love what I do. I love helping people.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am partnered with Home Partners of America which is a rent to own program. I am currently in the process of partnering with another rent to own program. I help clients with getting information and starting with the first time home buyers program to get grant money for closing cost and assistance with down payment.
