1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Connect with the right agent! An experience Realtor will not only be able to help you identify the right home, but they will be able to walk you through the entire process from A to Z. They will also be able to connect you with lenders, financial advisors, builders, home insurance and title companies, and anyone else that may be of service to you during your new experience of purchasing a home!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Connect with the right agent! Working with a experienced listing agent that understands the specific real estate market and needs of your neighborhood is vital to be able to receive top dollar for your home. With the right pricing strategy, marketing, exposure, offer negotiations, and value analysis, the right listing agent will be able to help you through every step necessary in order to successfully list and sell your home for top dollar!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I don't discriminate against any potential clients, whether you are a first time home buyer, investor, builder, seller, or someone looking to do a more complicated sale like a 1031 exchange, I treat all my potential clients with the utmost respect and attention!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently closed my 5th transaction with the same client. This one was special becasue initially we did a 1031 exchange on his investment property, reinvested the profits into more residential properties, and this time around he reached out to me in order to help him sell his primary residence! It was special because his family originally bought the home when it was first built and this was the first time it went on the market. I managed to get my client $3,100,000 which was $200,000 above our asking price in the first week of being listed, and he now reinvested into a simpler condo for his retirement!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I originally had an Automotive Wholesaling business, and I quickly become interested in Real Estate Wholesaling! While getting my foot in the door of that industry, I came into contact with some local agents that actually sparked my interest in getting my Real Estate License and starting my career here in the bay area! I quickly fell in love with being an agent and being able to build lasting relationships with the clients i help purchase their forever home, or with the sellers that i help to maximize the returns on their homes!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have completed my coursed to be a certified buyer's representative, as well as a relocation expert! So, if you are looking to sell your home and relocate in a different state, I am certified to connect you with a large network of pre-qualified agents that my brokerage partners with in every state in the US to connect you with an agent that will be able to help you with the transition. I will also be in contact and a part of that whole process so that you are never left feeling unrepresented!
