Jake was our realtor in 2018 when we bought our house. We were living in Kentucky buying our first house in Washington State. The whole process was seamless and Jake was there for us the entire time. Buying a house while living on the other side of the country is not easy, but Jake made it seem like it was the easiest process in the world. Since we could not be there Jake took a video tour of the home for us and also met the inspectors, etc when we were not able to. In 2020 we had to sell our house on short notice - in the middle of a pandemic. Jake was the first person we called. He was with us the whole way. His advice and pricing were spot on and we sold our house very very quickly. Once again he made the process extremely easy.If you want an agent who is incredibly motivated, honest, upfront about everything, knows the area very well, then Jake is the way to go! He was very accommodating. I didn't have to ask him for one thing, he would always offer first. From sending me videos of the house so I could do a virtual walk through, to meeting inspectors and appraisers. He even helped me transfer utilities to save money. He took care of every detail, no matter how small, which was so helpful being that I couldn't be there in person. He is very upfront, direct, honest and friendly. Jake did a fantastic job selling our property. We live a good distance away from the property and Jake was so helpful every time we needed something handled on site. From the very beginning, he made several suggestions on how we could improve aspects of the property to help it sell quicker.
