Jake was, without a doubt, the best thing about our move. We moved from Texas to Washington; and things can get complicated doing things out of state. I cannot imagine doing this long distance purchase without Jakes help. He did everything he could to be present for everything we couldnt be there for (inspection, for example). Jake was our realtor in 2018 when we bought our house. We were living in Kentucky buying our first house in Washington State. The whole process was seamless and Jake was there for us the entire time. Buying a house while living on the other side of the country is not easy, but Jake made it seem like it was the easiest process in the world. Since we could not be there Jake took a video tour of the home for us and also met the inspectors, etc when we were not able to. In 2020 we had to sell our house on short notice - in the middle of a pandemic. Jake was the first person we called. He was with us the whole way. His advice and pricing were spot on and we sold our house very very quickly. Once again he made the process extremely easy.If you want an agent who is incredibly motivated, honest, upfront about everything, knows the area very well, then Jake is the way to go!
