Jake went above and beyond for us and he was absolutely amazing during the whole home search process and then kicked it into over drive when we went to purchase. it was our first time purchasing a home and the detail Jake goes into to explain the process from top to bottom taking nearly all of the stress and worries off of our shoulders. he was in constant contact with us when a home hit the market that fit our wants and needs. once we summitted our offer he went to work setting up all things we needed to do in order to close in a timely manner right away. once our inspection came back he protected us by helping rectify issues we had. Jake was on it with our lender getting everything prepared so all we had to do was sign and we were set to go. I can say without a doubt if Jake wasn't our realtor we would still be blindly submitting offers with no sense of direction, we are truly grateful for Jake as he is a true professional and is great at what he does. This was a second time working with Jake. 5 years ago I purchased a house with Jake and when it came time for me to move and I wanted to rent my house out, I trusted Jake. Entering the rental market was a bit of a daunting task, so many things I didn't know about, risks to learn and mitigate, and on top of that I had to move cross country in a bit of a rush with what felt like not enough time for transitioning out of the house.
