We could not be more appreciative of the service we received from Jake Smoke. Jake did a great job selling our home. When our house fell out of escrow, Jake lined up another buyer for us getting us back into escrow with a new buyer within 12 hours! He communicated well with us throughout the sale and is extremely knowledgeable about both the home buying and home selling processes. Jake also assisted us in purchasing our new home. I honestly dont believe we would have had the same experience had we used a different realtor. We faced some MAJOR challenges with our purchase and Jake fought hard for us throughout. There isnt a better realtor out there and we were grateful every day during the process that Jake was on our side. We highly recommend Jake Smoke and will definitely use him the next time.

I would like to start off with a sincere ?Thank You? to Jake Smoke with Tip Of The Spear Real Estate Team (Keller Williams Realty). I cannot say ?without him, we would not have been able to buy a house?, but what I can say is?as first time homebuyers without experience nor much research time?it sure feels like we specifically needed him, and I give him (along with his team and the mortgage team) all the credit. We had a seemingly unique home buying experience in which Jake even learned a few things or had a slightly different experience as a real estate agent for our situation than what he has experienced in the past. Jake is widely versed in many different situations and never backs down from a challenge?he embraces it. In fact, challenging situations are as much rewarding and motivating for him as they are opportunities for him to continue his professional development. Jake is our guy?if (or perhaps when) we buy in the future! We highly valued Jake?s opinions and feedback?I asked him directly what he thinks we should consider as we progressed in each step of our home buying experience?I do not know if this is typically something real estate agents provide to buyers (or sellers alike) with respect to fair market responsibility. I do think an agent has an obligation to understand what the clients? best interests are, and this includes being able to provide candid feedback to the clients? questions, comments, and concerns?Jake did this for us, and we really appreciate it. As an example of how Jake truly looks after his clients? best interests?he does this by understanding their situation, personality, and goals?he will expertly tailor his advise to the clients and he is accurate with his thoughts?I already determined what I believed to be his answer to my question since it was the same answer I came up with myself before he could reply. We purchased a home that we knew would require some work to renovate (being over 30 years old). I asked him what his thoughts were (not as a realtor) regarding our decision to either proceed with the purchase or look for something else?he understood me to be someone willing to put in work (somewhat ?handy?) and provided unbiased feedback that the home could be a worthwhile investment for someone that is motivated to put in the work. But, he always made us feel confident and comfortable with making the decisions for ourselves and always reassured us of our options?in other words, he was not trying to convince us to purchase the house just so he could be part of a sale closing. We are happy with our purchase and I have already gotten to work on improvements. While he definitely understands the market, he also draws on his experiences outside of the real estate industry as well. Not only is he an agent, but he is a homeowner, just like all of you reading this review or those that are prospective first time homebuyers. Go with Jake!

If you?re looking to buy or sell your home, Jake is your man!! I was deployed in Japan when I first got in contact with Jake. I instantly felt at ease since we both had similar backgrounds in the military. Jake is a formal Marine and I knew he would take very good care of me. Since this was my first time trying to purchase a home, Jake was extremely helpful with explaining the entire process to me. Even though the market was crazy at the time I returned back to the states, Jake was extremely resilient in trying to get me into a home that met my needs for my family. Jake and I finally found a great home that met all of my conditions and he worked vigorously to get my offer accepted.
