Not only are they incredibly nice, but they really work with you to find and accommodate your exact needs. They are extremely attentive, respond so quickly, and fight for a great price and credits on your home. Their negotiation skills are AMAZING and are willing to go above and beyond for their clients. They were available to meet with us ASAP when we wanted to see a home and even worked on weekends to accommodate our schedules. Jake and Emilie are AMAZING! I would recommend them 10 out of 10. Infact we have already referred them to family and plan to use them on the sale of our investment property.
