Absolutely best experience we have ever had with a realator. Jake is amazing. Very knowledgeable and available whenever we needed him. We had very specific house requirements which made our search a challenge. Jake was very patient. By the time we finished, Jake knew as well or better than we did which houses met our criteria. Actually bought a house without seeing it ourselves because we knew Jake understood exactly what we were looking for. He kept us from making mistakes. Went to bat for us in negotiations.
