I was looking at homes and met Steve who was hosting an open house. I was not looking for representation at the time, but as we got talking I knew he had something to offer. We set up a time to talk and in 5 minutes I knew I wanted to work with him. He is friendly, nice and his no pressure approach is perfect for me and my wife. We are currently working with Steve and his son Jake to help us find an home and we are lightyears ahead of where we were before we met him. Super nice guy, who is honest and trustworthy.

Steve Fosmire had helped me find homes and was nothing but professional! This guy was on top of it! When we wanted to ask a question he picked up his phone immediately even when we called and bothered him late at night. The level of service he provided was incredible. Although we didnt end up buying anything because my wife and I decided relocation would be a better idea for us and our family, I would highly recommend them to anyone!
