Unfortunately, my experience with Mr Fletcher was not good. The sell of my Mothers house was complicated considering that it was owned by her five children upon her passing, and his lack of experience added another complicating factor. Mr. Fletcher regularly provided inadequate advise that encouraged and resulted in poor decisions throughout the process. Particularly notable was his disastrous assessment of the South Florida COVID era housing market (he predicted the market would tank). And at the end he encouraged us to accept a lower bid at a point when there was another bid pending. Turned out the pending bid did come in higher and we left an additional $10K on the table thanks to Mr. Fletchers aEURoeprofessionalaEUR? advice. Sorry, but I would not select this realtor to personally handle any of my property.
