Having spent over 40 years in commercial real estate lending and asset management, I interviewed and contracted many real estate brokers. So, earlier this year when my wife and I decided to sell our home in the Wine Country of Temecula, we thoroughly investigated, researched and interviewed many brokers claiming to specialize in the Wine Country. We met Jake over a year ago through our son in law who had used him in 2021 and he highly recommended him. We wanted to move out of our area where we have been for 29 years and closer to our daughter and son in law. We weren't quite ready last year as it would be a very long commute for my husband.
