I had an amazing experience working with Jake. The qualities that I was looking for in a realtor were, trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, proactive, available and someone who best understand the needs of the customer. Jake met all of these qualities and exceeded my expectations. Finding a home in the hot seller market was quite challenging for me and my wife. Jake was very diligent and patient with us in finding the best home which turned out to be a good deal for us. Not only were we able to get home below the asking price, we also had a smooth experience from placing an offer until closing the escrow process. I started this process off dreading having to pay someone to sell my house. Now I would never consider selling without hiring Jake. Not only did we sell extreamly fast with multiple (almost a dozen) offers. Every recommendation he made about repairs before we list proved to be a great idea for the exact reasons he said they would. We sold my house for $10k more than the house that just set the record for our neighborhood and my house was over 500 SqFt smaller!! I can go on and on about Jake. However here are the bullet points. Jake was such a pleasure to work with! He is positive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond more than any other realtor. He works super hard for his clients. He worked tirelessly to find us homes before they even hit the market and scheduled showings for potential homes before anyone else saw them. Unlike other realtors in this sellers' market, he truly works hard to give his buyers an in/advantage over others, and that can be seen through his consistent communication and the time he puts in at all hours of the day! He is very honest, well-versed, and negotiated fairly for us throughout the buying and escrow process. We couldn't be more pleased with his service and highly recommend him to others.

Honestly, can't say enough positive about Jake. When we first started looking we met quite a few agents, and Jake was by far the most attentive to what we were looking for, and also stayed within the parameters of exactly what we wanted price wise. Every other realtor we dealt with tried to push us up into a higher priced market, but Jake respected our budget and found us the PERFECT house within our range...he was also super responsive and very proactive, and helped us get our home in under a month! We would absolutely recommend using him for your next home purchase, you will not be disappointed.

Jake is a fantastic realtor! After meeting Jake, we knew he was the realtor for us! He was extremely patient with all of our questions, really listened to what we were looking for in our new home and sent us leads/set up showings for us until we found our perfect first home! During Escrow Jake and Us have communicated consistently day and night and he had done above and beyond and have answered all my questions and concerns through every paper work needed to be signed. We appreciated his hard work and discipline from the beginning until closing of the escrow, he had never shown disinterest and was always motivated and willing to help.
